Our supplier has no stock for us to sell?
Great coaching session with one of my clients yesterday. They grew 15% last years (4 months under my coaching) and the plan to grow 16% and profit by plenty in the next 12 months. Their NOW issue is that April 2012 had just 17 trading days plus their main supplier has implemented new stock codes, messed up product ordering and run out of stock. How do they make their numbers when their main selling products are not available. We had a great workshop and came up with ideas to implement. What would you do?
